J&K govt seeks SC's nod to seek adjournment of hearing on pleas challenging Article 35A

The Jammu and Kashmir government Monday sought permission from the Supreme Court to circulate a letter to parties for adjourning upcoming hearing on pleas challenging the constitutional validity of Article 35A, which provides special rights and privileges to natives of state, saying there was no "elected government" in the state.
